Hip-hop star Akon recently caused a public outcry in Trinidad And Tobago when he simulated sex onstage with a girl who is, allegedly, 14. An expensive mistake: the controversy has led US phone firm Verizon Wireless to pull an estimated £3 million worth of sponsorsip from Akon's US tour with Gwen Stefani. The self-proclaimed God Of Fuck was charged with criminal sexual assault in July 2001 after he allegedly rubbed his genitals on a security guard's head. The charge was eventually reduced to disorderly conduct and Manson was charged $4000. Part of the problem was that the shock rocker was wearing stilts at the time, which inevitably put his crotch at the same level as the heads of those in front of the stage. When the gig descended into anarchy, Rose was arrested on charges of inciting a riot - although we think the greater crime was the fact he was wearing what looks like the Bachelors Cup-A-Soup 'Hug In A Mug' monster round his shoulders.
