Useful advice from London-based gang of confrontational art punks, now signed to an offshoot of Mute records. Inspired by US media broadcasts post-9/11, this is an arch rant in the guise of a public information announcement that details how to reduce the chances of becoming collateral (including such gems as “try to avoided crowded areas/especially in large cities“). In short, it’s paranoia over tumbling drums and comes with a terrific, slightly creepy video that looks like it was shot in 1972 and features sinister children in foxes masks.
