Glastonbury never used to sell out in minutes. It’s only within recent years that this has started happening, disappointing fans in the process. So the fact that there are still tickets available for this year’s most prestigious festival should come as welcome news to all. If you weren’t sure whether to buy, or you wanted to wait until the full line-up had been announced, now’s your chance to get tickets. And with an extensive and eclectic line-up – from Kings Of Leon to Jay-Z, Manu Chao to Kate Nash, The Hold Steady to Massive Attack – there’s something for everyone, whatever their age or musical preference. Plus, don’t forget to visit the Queen’s Head, Q’s very own stage, where some of the latest and most promising talent will be playing, including The Pigeon Detectives, Glasvegas, Roisin Murphy and Elbow. And with the weather starting to turn for the better, you never know – you may just be able to escape the mud as well. No promises on that one, though.
